PING ggggggggg

My XP Pro machine is going nuts.
It is spewing out ICMP Echo (Ping?)
messages as fast as it can, flooding my router.
I'm current on Update and Norton.
I got it to stop for a moment when I removed R admin,
but only until the next restart.

Anyone recognize my problem?
