I am using XP Pro. I would like to print a hardcopy of to
the contents of a folder. The print screen button on the
keyboard is not working. What other way is there to print
off the directory?
Thank you

There is a woman who writes nifty little utility programs including one that
lets you print the contents of a directory. The program gives you control of
what and how you print it.

www.karenware.com

I have downloaded many of her utilities and subscribe to her newsletter.

To go directly to powertools, add as follows:

In Notepad create this string:-

DIR/ON/S>"%userprofile%\MY DOCUMENTS\LISTING.TXT"

Save the file as printdir.bat

Now copy the file to where you want to make a listing of
files (including subfolders) and then double click on it.

This will send a listing.txt file to your "my documents
folder" which you can edit and print.
