Size of web window

Help! When double clicking a web site shortcut on my
desktop, the displayed window is too small! I have to use
the middle button in upper right hand corner to enlarge.
Where do I find the setting to change the size of the
window when accessing a web site!Thanks!

When the browser opens up, drag its window edges as far as you want and
close it. From now on it should open in the new size.

it would stay that way after closing window! Duh me!
