i can't figure out how to get music from my speakers and
wanted to check where they get plugged into. i have a
brand new computer, the jack is green, but i get no
volumn, and have checked that the volumn is turned on
i'm assuming all was loaded when i bought it. i bought
the speakers too.

Review the owner's manual or setup chart that came with=20
your computer. =20

Your post implies that the computer did not come with speakers.

If the computer did not come with speakers, the computer OEM may have
configured Sounds and Audio Devices for no speakers.

If so, go to Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices, Volume tab, Speaker
Settings {at bottom} and click the Advanced button.
Click the down arrow in speaker setup and select your speaker configuration.
