Photo Printing Wizard - lost!

Suddenly Photo Printing Wizard disappeared. Hadn't used it
in a week or two and now, when I click on a picture or
file in "My Pictures" the whole "Picture Tasks" toolbar is
missing. This has happened on my HP Pavilion and also on
my wife's Sony Vaio, both running XP Home. Her Vaio is
about 18 months old and my notebook is 10 months. HELP??
