Just moved from win 2k to xp. I've searched the help for information on
making a repair disk (like on win 2k) and it says to use backup.

Backup's smallest option takes over 300 megs and won't even fit on my zip
disk let alone more than 25 floppies. Is there no xp equivalent? What
happens when you can't boot and need to run recovery console?

You boot from the XP CD, it has all of the needed tools for repair. You =
can also install the recovery console - instructions in the book that =
came with the CD.
