NEED LOTS OF HELP PLEASE!!!

I just installed WindowsXP on my computer, that already
had WindowsME. It finished, but now none of my programs
and in the program menu, and also all my desktop icons
are gone.
How do i get my old settings back, and all my shortcuts
and programs back??

Reinstall the programs.
Right click on the desktop =BB arrange icons by =BB click show desktop =
icons.

Did you do a upgrade or a clean install? If you did a clean install all your
data is gone.
