Windows XP Problems

For some reason I cannot right click on any items in the
start menu or programs menu to delete them or move them.
Can someone please email me with some help?

Click Start> Control Panel.
Click the link in the blue taskpane for Classic View. Later you can click in
the same area on "Use Category View" to set things back the way they were
when you started.

Double click the Taskbar and Start Menu icon.
Click the Start Menu tab and then click the Customize button.
On the Advanced page, place a check next to "enable dragging and dropping."
OK your way back to the desktop.
