IPSEC Failure

Hello Folks;

I am getting the following error: The IPSEC Services service terminated
with the following error:
The authentication service is unknown

Is this really a problem? I'm not really even running IPSEC on this
machine (Although this is a new install and I've yet to set up
security). Is it possible that the system is set to require security
from the server by default. Any help would be apprecaiated.

I've been gone for a while, but I am looking forward to becoming an
active member of this group again. It's nice to see some familiar faces
here still :)
