Windows XP was supposed to be more secure. But these guys
have made it so complex that to bring the "security" level
to windows 98, one needs to spend a lot of time. I found
out how to stop these pop up messages. Go to control panel
and create a firewall by using the network wizard. I don't
remember what I did, but if you have problem I can look it
up.
