Remote Desktop

I am trying to connect my home computer (Win XP Home)
with my desktop computer (Win XP Pro) using remote
desktop.

First of all is this possible, does this work with the
client computer being XP Home?

Secondly how do I make the connection? What do I need to
do at home to find my work computer?

I'm looking for someone to explain each step for me.

The Remote Desktop feature is only available with Windows XP Pro.

The Host computer has to have Pro but the client computer
has to be running Windows 95 or a more recent version of
Windows.
