I can no longer open a jpg with Netscape. Originally with XPpro it worked fine.
Now the Netscape Composer screen opens and an error window indicates that you
cannot edit non-html programs. I suppose that with XP the only choice may be to
use the Windows picture and fax viewer, but I don't know how to get back to it.
Thanks....

It looks like Netscape Composer took over the file association for .JPG
files. It sounds like you want to use Netscape Navigator to view .JPG files.
Right-click a JPG file, and go to "Choose Program ..." If Netscape Navigator
appears on the list, select it. Otherwise, click the Browse button and
browse to the program file for Navigator.
Don't forget to check the "Always use the selected program ..." checkbox.

Thanks for your reply. I had already done this. What's interesting is that if I
do it for each JPG it works fine, but only for that one. The check mark doesn't
seem to go forward....Hmmm?
