update 328310 fails

Auto update 328310 has been failing to install for about
4 months now. Has anyone had this problem and/or know a
way around it? Is there a way to have auto-update ignore
that update but detect others? I like keeping autoupdate
on since I often forget to check for updates. But
there's only so much tolerance I have left for being
reminded "3 days later"

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could download Belarc http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and you
might find the update is already installed.
