Insert Disk and turn the machine on. Follow prompts to
start\load basic startup files(boot from cd) At
the "welcome to setup screen" press r to start the
recovery console. When asked for a password just leave it
blank and click enter. At the command prompt enter help
and a list of commands will come up. You can either write
a new boot sector or master boot file or try doing a Check
disk. To do the check disk type in chkdsk /r which will do
an eshaustive check of your Hard Disk Drive and repair
anything that is wrong. When you get to the startup
options if you have multiple options then you must type
in the # of your choice before hitting enter.
