Xp and Card readers

Why won't Xp work with Card reader programs, like smartcard etc?

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: SMART CARD , and hit enter.
Many topics will appear that will assist you.

Smart card readers generally come with setup instructions from the =
manufacturer.=20
If your reader comes with instructions, you should use those.
