Problem with XP Home Edition

Each time I log off a user account, I lose Microsoft
Outlook (it asks me to reinstall each time I logon) and
all my previous local settings.

How can I fix this problem?

Create a new user account. If this does not happen here, your old user
account is damaged. You may want to copy it onto the new user account
in the Control Panel > System > Advanced > User profiles > Settings
and then delete the old account.
