View Full Version : how do i fileshare 100% of my c drive?

windows xp pro on all pc;s.
I have filesharing enabled for my c and d drive. program files is access
denied on c drive. why? i do not have simple filesharing on or even
enabled/checked in the folder options etc. i enable filesharing so the
entire 100% of the drive is accessible to anyone on my lan without the
need for a password, but can't access the programs folder and a couple
others. how do i fix this?

Un-share the c drive, double check that simple file sharing is
disabled, then re-share the c drive.

If that doesn't help, you might need to specify permissions as shown
on this web page:

already done it steve, but thanks anyway,. still not working.
