go>start\run and type in regedit and click ok. Now click
edit at the top and then find and type in the name of the
program. If a folder appears on the left then right click
it and click delete. If a key appears on the right then
right click and click delete. Then click edit and find
next. You may have to do this for many many times until a
little box comes up saying it is finished searching the
registry. This is the most thorough way of removing
programs and their hidden keys. Be careful to delete only
references to the program or folders with the program
name. When in doubt back it up. Good luck
