Security tab

How do I enable the security tab in the properites. Filesystem IS NTFS.

Leopard;
Windows XP Pro, Disable Simple File sharing:

Windows XP Home, Simple File Sharing is hardwired and can not be
disabled.
Reboot to Safe Mode to access the Security tab.
