Greetings,

Can anyone tell me where the startup folder is located??? This directory
system is a mess compared to Win2000.

There is more than one. Check out

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

C:\Documents and Settings\default\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Yes - it can be confusing.

Just try to remember that each user is different. Some people like it that
way.

Look at C:\Documents and Settings and you'll see each user plus a folder for
All Users.
