I began getting a pop up message titled Enter Network
Password that contains Server, User Name and Password. I
click OK since the information is already in the pop up,
but it continues to pop up on the screen. I have checked
under Tools, e-mail account, and then the two e-mail
adresses I have, and the only error I can see when testing
the account is the line stating "Log on incoming mail
server(pop3) on the Comcast address I have.
I contacted Comcast and they don't help with Microsoft
Outlook. Any ideas how I get rid of this pop up
permanently. I have Microsoft Office XP Professional 2002
Thanks.
