Task manager

In Task Manager process. I have Svchost.exe running 4
times. 2 are system... 1 is Network service...1 is Loca
service.
I am a stand alone with dialup connect.
Do I need all these running at the same time?

Type
tasklist /svc
to see what is in each service. Type services.msc to configure.

I just tried that and it didn't work - 'tasklist' is not
a valid internal or external command ...etc
