I just switched to Win XP. Since then, each time I
reboot, the order of my quick launch pad icons gets
jumbled up. Can anyone tell me how to tell XP to maintain
the order once I arrange the icons in the sequence I
desire?

I think you can just lock the taskbar! right click and find it in the menu.

Thanks, but I already tried that. Locking taskbar
prevents expanding and shrinking the taskbar and moving
it. One more thing about my problem. I have moved the
taskbar to the right side of the screen. When I put it on
the bottom (default), the icons maintain their positions
fine. But they get jumbled up when it is on the right.
