I have three computers on XP Pro sharing folders and
drives via peer to peer through a Netgear switch. Even
though I startup two of the computers first, the computers
have red X's on all the shares and do not automatically
connect to the shares. I have to actually click on the
shared folder or shared drive in "My Computer" to activate
the connections to the shares. Once the shares are clicked
on or pre-opened in "My Computer", they are accessable for
other programs. I need to find out how I can configure
these computers to automatically have these shares active
at boot up and also have them check for connections after
boot to pick up the lagging PC shares. Any help would be
highly appreciated.
