Moving Scroll Bar Right to Left

Hello all,

Is there a way to move the scroll bar from the right side to the left side
of the screen? I own a Wacom Cintiq tablet, and am left handed, so whenever
I use the scroll bar, my left arm covers the screen (you can draw directly
on the monitor). It's a minor inconvenience, but if any of you enlightened
folks can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Threaten to sue Microsoft for their discrimination of left handed users and
tell them that they must offer a way to change the locations of the scroll
bars.
