i get this error trying to create a new dial up
connection. i tried to leave it default. and no matter
what I can't create a dialer. I also tried to setup 1
manually in network connections but it gave the same error
there as well. and help would be appreciated.
It is a fresh XP install with just the motherboard drivers
and hardware drivers. not SP1. as I can't get connected to
D/L it.
