Remote access connection manager is stopped

I need to start the remote access connection manager to
use my aol search engine, and I need help on what exactly
I should do to make it work.

In the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services you can start
this service manually. You may set the startup option to "Manual" or
"Automatic" so that the service is at the hand when needed.
If the Service does not start, right-click it and select Properties >
Dependencies. Check the entries here and make sure that all services
on which the RA Connection Manager depends on are running as well.
