Hi David,
I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried
clearing the Internet Explorer cache?
In case you've never done this:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on the Tools menu
3. Click on Internet Options
4. On the General tab, click on the Delete Files button
in the Temporary Internet files section.
5. Once you get your regular cursor back (it might take
awhile if you've never done this) click OK.
6. Close Internet Explorer.
7. Open Help & Support to see if your Help information
now shows up properly.
I hope this helps,
Brenda Potts
