New computer/new Xp
Going thru Backup Wizard- Final step; hit next; get the
following:
'The backup file could not be used'
'E:\Backup.bkf'
'Please ensure it is a valid path and that you have
sufficent access' DA-A

31/2 A: works but I would prefer a CD

Backup to CD is not supported in XP,
1. Backup to hard drive first.
2. Copy from hard drive to CD.

The very basic NTBACKUP can not back-up directly to CD.
Back-up to another location on the hard drive then copy that to CD.
Otherwise you need a 3rd party application if you need to back-up
directly to CD:
