There are two (2) items that I am having trouble with.
1. The box stating that I have an error report (send or
do not send) that pops up every time I boot up.
I have sent the error report several times but the box is
always there. How do I get it to go away!!??

2. There is a box for AOL that comes up - also every
time that I boot. I do not want AOL but it asks every
time for me to register. How do I get it to go away???!!!

Thanks for your help with this very anoying problem

For both issues you have to find out what is causing this. See "How to
Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig Utility in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310560). When you have found out
the cause of the error message, reinstall that application. When you
found the AOL item, remove it from your startup settings.
