Internet Time

When I select to use the automatic internet time
synchronization and click on update now the following
error appears. An error occurred getting the status of
the last synchronization. The RPC server is
unavailable. Does anyone know how to fix this or what's
causing this. Thanks you.

I want to add the time server to the drop down. Also, whenever I type
the URL into the text box, XP forgets the address.

Works in all the PCs we've rolled out so far.
