We are able to VPN (PPTP) and access our Exchange
Server / Outlook from multiple locations, with the
exception of one location whose ISP providing cable DSL
services is COX Communications.
From this one location, once the VPN logon succeeds, when
we start Outlook, we get an error message that says "Your
Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable."

What is the problem? Thanks in advance.
