NIC on private network and modem to use internet

I have a client connecting through a lan on a private
network to access a citrix server only. I also want to the
client to be able to use a dial up connection for internet
access. I can connect to one or the other but not both at
the same time. For instance if I'm connected to the citrix
server then try to dial out it fails. If I close the
citrix connection and dial out then I have no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
