Defrag on a network

How do I defrag a computer on a network from another
computer on the same net?

Open an MMC session. Run --> MMC --> OK
Find Add/Remove Snap-In from one of the menues.
Select Disk Defragmenter, and select "Another computer".

Onwards we go.
