Windows automatically switch

When I have several windows open, Windows XP will
sometimes switch to a new window once it is ready to use.
This drives me nuts. I will decide when I want to switch
over!
Ideas?

I use TweakUI for XP to manage this. Under General> Focus is the option:
Prevent applications from stealing the focus. There are two suboptions:
flash taskbar button until I click on it and flast taskbar button x amount
of times.
