recycle bin

having a problem finding the recycle bin,think it might
have been deleted

Look here in the registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Hide=
DesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
and make sure
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} is equal to 0

However there is more than one way to kill the icon so post back if it =
doesn't help.
