Windows XP and Outook Express

My address to acess my Company MSN online outlook is
https://mail.mybrighthouse.com/exchange I can access
this at work, with anyone else's computer, with my old
Computor, at the shop i purchased my cpu and every where
but on my new system. I do not have the address blocked
that i can find. All i get when i enter the address is the
generic cannot find address page. Check settings yada yada
yada. I am using default settings. I have removed all
firewalls, security lowered, tried everything. the techs
cannot explain it.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

It asked me for my name and password..

Ok, look in the HOST file and see if it is listed there.
Also did you check in getting to http://mybrighthouse.com and make sure you
can access the site.
And you do have a 128bit IE on your pc.

Hi Phil,

See if the URL or IP is in the HOSTS file under
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc (You can open the HOSTS file in notepad for
editing). If it is, remove the reference to it, then reopen IE and try the
site again.
