I have been receiving the following error message ever
since I upgraded to Windows XP from Windows ME: "Unable
to start driver for hpoipm07.exe. Does anyone knows what
this means and how to fix it?

Do you by chance have an HP printer or scanner?
If so, you may want to go to their website and see if they have an updated
driver for it for XP.

HP in general provided very basic drivers in Windows XP . You must go to the
HP web site and download ( or maybe purchase a CD) the driver for XP
