Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) from Win98 system to WinXP

I've got a Desktop (Win98) with an internal DSL modem
installed. It will dial and connect to the internet fine.

I've added a USB Wireless (Ad Hoc network) card to the
desktop and a PCMCIA wireless card to a laptop.

My wireless network works fine. I share resouces both
ways on the network including the desktop printer to the
laptop with no problems.

I've installed Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on the
Desktop but can't get the laptop to be able to "find" the
internet connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
