I upgraded from Win98 to XP Professional this afternoon
on my desktop computer. Now my computer will not power
down. I can shut it down and I get a message that says
it is ok to turn the computer off, but it will not turn
off. I checked the power schemes but no help.

Anyone have any ideas why I can't turn my computer off?
