i use the XP powertoys to automate login to my laptop
using my domain credentials. because the campus wireless
network requires a VPN connection to really get on the
network, my computer hangs for about 60 seconds until it
finally decides to use cached credentials and logs in. i
know that if i didn't use TweakUI to auto-login, i could
have it dial my VPN connection to authenticate and thus
log in more quickly, but is there a way to have it
automatically do that? i've thought about putting it in
the 'Run' registry key but that would only make it run
after login. any ideas?
