'Got WinXp with Outlook Express; but since I installed
MsOutlook never could make the program work in any way.
'Had too much trouble, even, to import OE address list.
Can anyone tell me what need be done here?..

Hi Martin,

You should refer problems with MSOutlook to a group that specializes in =
them. Scroll back up the list of available support groups to Desktop =
Applications, you will find a more appropriate one there, as this group =
is designed for help for new users of WindowsXP (not Office XP).
