Hi Debbie,
My guess is that it must mean peer to peer networking. You
dont say when it pops up. Try a search in the knowledge
base using the words peer to peer problems

Do you use that spyware infested, virus gathering program
called KaZaa? If so then you can probably thank it for your
"p2p Networking" issue.
Look in Control Panel > Add or Remove programs-
Do you see KaZaa ?
Do you see its P2P Networking component?
If so, I suggest you uninstall all Kazaa components.
Take a moment and think about the consequences of programs
like KaZaa.
You are out there sharing files with every Tom, Dick, and Harry
on the Internet - including inviting them into your system.
You have no idea who they are or what spywares and viruses
they might be infected with or even deliberately using KaZaa to
spread such things. Is that really a good idea, just so you can get
some free music and now even possibly be sued by the music
industry?
I also suggest you download, install, update and scan your system
with an anti spyware program.
Hopefully you have a functioning up to date anti virus program.
If not, you could also scan your system with a free online anti virus
program:
