Hi...Need help setting up user profiles. I have used the
default "administrator's" user profile for a couple of
months. I would like to set up new user profiles, but
when I do, I lose access to my original default one. I
do I set up new ones and still keep access to my original
user profile? Any help?

When you ste up a new user profile and make that the administrator the =
default administrator profile goes into hiding....its still there just =
not accessible...unless you start in safe mode.
But you can copy its settings to a user profile. This requires you to =
create 2 new users both with admin.privileges.Lets say A and B and A is =
the one you wish to use.sign in as B
right click My Computer..properties...advanced..userprofiles/settings
there you will see all 3 profiles...administrator,A and B
highlight administrator...click copy to...browse to =
C:\documents&settings\user A
click OK
OK your way out
restart and log in as A....all of the original Amin.settings should now =
have been copied to user A
you can now delete user B....unless you still want him
hope this helps
