Compile error in hideen module

Everytime i close Microsoft outlook or open Microsoft Word
i get this small warning window with the title: "Microsoft
Visual Basic" and the message: "Compile Error in Hidden
Module: AutoExec"

i am worried and annoyed - anyone would know how to remedy
this problem?

It shows you have a (faulty) addin. For Word

Tools - Options - Templates and Addins and what is listed there?
