In XP, after trying to download stuff from Adobe and from Norton, I get a
message saying that it can't continue because there is an open local network
connection. I use a dialup, don't use a local network, and finally I just
disabled the local network entry in Network Connections altogether. What is
this message trying to tell me and how do I fix the problem?
