View Full Version : Certificate Expired
Stephen
December 6th 03, 09:46 AM
My mother has a problem with her computer (I am overseas
so I cannot help her directly)
A message appears saying that her "certifcate has
expired". I have a general idea of what she is talking
about, but no details.
I believe that this problem is stopping her from being
able to access her mailbox, and interfering with her
ability to update McAfee Virusscan.
Can someone please advise me:
1.How to check if the "certifcate" is still valid or not
2.How to request a new/valid certifcate
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Hi Stephen,
Have her check the date and time of the system clock.
