Hi all you experts!
Can anyone please tell me why, when I
click the Start button after startup to find
a programme, the button looks pressed in,
the hourglass flashes beside the mouse arrow
and then --- nothing happens.
I Ctrl,Alt, Del and find explorer.exe is using
99% of CPU when in fact nothing is going on.
To get anything else to happen takes ages as
only 1% or so of CPU is available to use.
Please , why and what can I do to correct.
BTW I have gone in through My Computer
after a restart to go back to an earlier Restore
Point to get the system going. Fine until I click start
when it happens again.
