View Full Version : Transfer Hard Drive to new XP Machine

Did exactly the same on my new machine, moved 2nd HD to
new XP machine from Win98 machine. Make sure jumper
settings on both HD's are correctly set up, & BIOS is
setup for it too, could read 2nd drive straight away, but
converted it to NTFS so that XP could 'do it's stuff'
with it. I use 2nd HD for My Documents, & backups etc,
as well as putting my Temp Internet Files on it. If ya
