word 2002 product key

Everytime I try and open Word I get asked to enter a 25
digit product key. I have been told this comes on disk
when Word is installed unfortunately Word was installed
before I recieved my pc so I don't have a disk. Does
anyone know how to get hold of a "product Key"

Contact your computer vendor/supplier. MS do not assist with OEM
installations except in dire circumstances. Your OEM should always be the
your first port of call.

If Word was installed on your computer it is likely OEM.
Microsoft can not help with OEM, the seller is the source for support.

Look for a package of Cds, (Works Suite, Microsoft Office etc.)
The Product Key would be on that package.
Check all the computer packaging.
